In and around Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - December 2011

Roaming around Saigon is pretty safe but crossing the street is a little bit challenging. I observed that you have to wave your hand in a certain way when crossing the street. I don't know if that really makes a difference but I survived and still have all of my body parts hahaha...

They say when you cross the street.. don't stop. Don't try to play 'patintero' with the motorbikes haha.

Street vendors are everywhere selling different kinds of goods. Fruits, Vegetables, waffles, etc. Here and there you will see people still wearing their traditional clothing.

And one thing I noticed is that, when you look around... people are so slim!!! (When you see chubby ones, they're probably tourists! hahaha)

They also have carinderia!

cute little food stalls along the streets of saigon.

Chix in the city!

They are the king of the road

A huh - left, right, right, left ... just keep going
